The advantages of membership in the Bonita Men's Golf Association include:

Establish and maintain an official SCGA Handicap.

These are but a few of the noted benefits of membership. Dues are $85 to join and $75 annual renewal starting in October of each year. The fee includes local club dues as well as membership in the Southern California Golf Association (SCGA). This fee includes the maintenance of individual SCGA golf indexes that establish your handicap for the Bonita Golf Club. This handicap is accepted by any USGA associated golf event anywhere Golf is played.

Each month you will receive a record of rounds posted and the course played. These activities are reviewed by our membership committee. A conversion chart is also posted near the computer used to calculate your handicap that relates to the Bonita Golf Club. Each club you play will have a similar conversion table for use when playing away courses.

To become a member, download and print our Membership Application and send to BMGA at P.O.Box 631, Bonita, CA 91908 along with your check or leave with the Starter at the golf shop.

If you do not have a current SCGA number, one will be issued within a few days, and a temporary receipt of your membership will be placed in the basket just above the computer and you name will show on the screen for you to post your scores.
